Economic Erosion — ARR vs. Cost-to-Serve
Snapshot month
Yellow bars = ARR. Toggle + Cost-to-Serve (top bar) to drop a trend marker at each account's annual cost-to-serve: a ▲ red triangle if cost rose since last month, a ▼ green triangle if it fell. When the marker sits high in — or above — the bar, cost is eroding that account's revenue.
Risk Weights
Renewal Risk = weighted blend of Renewal timing, (100−Health), (100−Stakeholder), (100−Roadmap fit). Weights re-normalize to 100%. 0 = no risk, 100 = highest risk. Default Renewal 40 / Health 30 / Stakeholder 15 / Roadmap 15.
Health Score Weights
Even baseline = 9.09% each across all 11 inputs. Drag to re-rank the account table and re-color health badges in real time. Weights always re-normalize to 100%.
Commercial Reset Radar — Health Score vs. Cost-to-Serve
Each dot = one account: x = health score, y = cost-to-serve margin (ARR minus annual cost), both ranked within the month. Size ∝ ARR, color = health label. The lower half (Costly Champions & Leaking Value) are losing margin — your commercial-reset candidates.
